After considerable discussion in the dark and scary place that is our staff channel, we have all agreed that we are no longer going to continue releasing subs using the broadcast feed. Instead we are going to work with the Blu-Ray discs that are going to be available sometime in April. This is official, and our final decision.
Our reasons for doing it are as follows:
- We’re not going to finish the series before the BDs come out. If we take an average estimate of mid-April for the release of the BDs, then that’s about 10 weeks from now, meaning we’d have to release more than one ep/ week to finish before they’re available. This clearly isn’t going to happen, and even if we could do it, who wants to start work again on a show they just finished?
- One of the main factors that has been causing delays in the first place is the fact that the video source is a bitch to work with. If we use the BDs, not only will they look awesomely sexy (which is what the show deserves) but it’ll actually be less work for our encoder.
Also, don’t worry – we’ll be using the time to make sure that all the scripts are done and dusted come April – so we should actually be speedy with the releases for a change 
Secondly, blackguard mentioned that we may pick up another series to fill the time. Well, it seems as though the full team is willing to pick up another project – the only problem now is that we don’t know what to do XD. If anyone has any suggestions for some good (preferably seinen, but definitely srsbznz) animu that would benefit from Norikumi brand quality, please feel free to let us know.

As for anime suggestion I think you should pick up
Blade of the Immortal because in my opinion it is an interesting anime witch lacks good fansub group.

I think U could pick up “Bokura no” cause there is no fansub tha makes it with an great quality and softsubs.

Ohhh man, blu-ray releases.. sounds awesome, but I doubt my little piece of junk (aka pc) could play this. But I will be anxious to your releases, seens you´re the only QUALITY group working in this amazing serie, and one day…. one day… I hope I can watch this (or I´m going to use someone´s pc XD).

Seems to be a BD-Box (no Single BDs at all). And if Amazon is right, it will be released on 22/05. Some more time to wait I guess.
And oh, I would appreciate a decent Blade of the Immortal-sub as well. Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei is out of question bc not srsbzn enough, dakara …
